Alligator Daiquiri
Everyone is afraid to try an avocado cocktail so I call it by its other name, the alligator pear. Maybe it is even more frightening? Anyway it’s become a real favorite. In Brazil and other South American countries the avocado is almost always eaten as a sweet so it kinda makes sense.

4 oz cashasa or other light rum
2 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz limejuice
1/2 ripe avocado
1 T half and half cream
1 cup Crushed ice
1 lime slice

Put ingredients in a blender and wiz until smooth. Pour in a hurricane glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
