This is one of our signature cocktails. Guests are always
asking what makes them taste so good. The fresh key lime
juice and mint picked each day in our gardens makes a big
difference, but so does the setting. If also helps to have
a really good blender.
8 sprigs mint
1 oz fresh limejuice
1⁄2 oz simple syup
2 oz. Light rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
crushed ice as needed
mint and lime wedge garnish
Combine all the ingredients in your blender
and wiz until smooth, green and delicious. Serve in a rocks
glass with a mint sprig and a wedge of lime.
