Green Mango and Banana Chutney

Makes 3 Cups
1 Green Mango – peeled and diced
1 T. Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic
1⁄2 Med. Onion
1⁄2 C. Cider Vinegar
1⁄2 C. Orange juice
2 Ripe bananas – cut in 1⁄4 inch rounds
2 tsp. Minced ginger
1⁄4 C. Dark raisins
1⁄4 C. Dark brown sugar
1⁄2 Jalemãpano minced fine
1 tsp. Regime blend
Salt and pepper to taste


Saute onions and garlic until soft in the oil. Add vinegar, juice and mango and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add remaining ingredients and return to a simmer. Remove from heat and quickly cool.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and refrigerate. Store for up to 2 weeks
